It’s supposed to be a medium the tag in the hat says small they claim the tags in the hats are not accurate I’ve bought from them before with no issues I guess I’ll have to start being more selective with/if I purchase from them again. It also took a while to get the items this time. Overall very disappointing.

The customer ordered a size Medium cap. Sometimes - as in this case - the tag sewn in a hat does not accurately reflect US sizing. For this reason, we measure every hat with a hat measuring device prior to shipment. In this case, the hat we shipped measured 7 to 7-1/8 which is a US size Medium - exactly as ordered and outlined in the listing. We explained the discrepancy to the customer and even offered to exchange the cap.
