Absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Ordered a FULL neon sign as in pic #2, it showed up defective. I asked them to send a new sign. A week later they offered to send me a replacement piece for the nonfunctioning part with instructions how to disassemble the sign, remove the bad piece, and install the new piece of the sign. NOPE! After a continued back and forth they sent me the halfass sign (pic #1) instead of what I ordered and offered a $10 discount. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
