There was absolutely NO "bait and switch" here. The buyer did not contact me to resolve or state what was wrong with item, just left negative feedback. I sold several of same items with NO COMPLAINTS. I offered to exchange the item...no response because it was in the exact condition I described--Excellent!!! I refunded purchase price and told him to keep the item. Other than this person, I have always received positive feedback comments. Please disregard this anomalous feedback.
