I new what to expect from a used AV Receiver. The seller's pictures were originally accurate and the receiver is fully functional. Unfortunately the chassis did suffer some damage in shipping around the plastic face plate. I could hear pieces rattling around and on removing the covering discovered some broken plastic trim which came off of the inner mounting edge of the face plate. I feel more could have been done to protect the edges in packing but it's a risk you accept when shopping online.
