The bayonet I received looked like it was manufactured yesterday and is a very close copy of my service issued M7 bayonet (that I still have). it is an excellent bayonet. Mine did not come sharpened but I do not believe it would be too terribly difficult to sharpen and it seems to be a very good steel. I'll be giving that a shot soon. I highly recommend this seller!
