The ribbons came within the time it was reported. Items were just as described. These are excellent condition and arrived well packaged. The only issue I had was my fault, which I ordered the wrong ribbons. My understanding is they don't take returns so, just be sure you get what you want. This in no way is ANY negativity on the seller, I just need to be more careful. Seller provides a good product, good price and ships on time.
