Very poorly packaged, falling apart, a lot of pieces inside bubble envelope. Lot of writing on the back pages, marking through out inside pages. Advertised as no writing inside. Not impressed with this purchase. Was asking for positive feedback before I picked it up at my Post Office. Not worth the cost of paying for refund shipping on $7. item.

I am sorry you're unhappy. Despite your complaints being partially untrue, you were offered an apology and full refund. You refused to initiate a return request, stating it was not worth the cost to ship back. Assuring you that a label would be emailed to you at no charge as part of your refund was unhelpful. You are very difficult to work with. Hoping your mood improves! :)
