Never got it. I was send a router from extreme cable, that the office said they never send to me. It has the same sale number from you guys. I went to the post office and they show me the same number for the router. Big mistake. I would like my product for it and send this other one back to you guys.

Upon further discussion with you, it was discovered that you did not open the box you received. The box was a recycled shipping box, that contained the item you ordered. It you would have opened the box, instead of assuming it contained what was printed on the box, you would have found your item without all the hassle you put yourself through.
