Haven't used it yet because it smells like burnt hair. I've cleaned it several times with hot soapy water, but it still stinks. Also tried rinsing it with rubbing alcohol. That helped, but I can still smell a burnt smell. I'll continue to flush it with alcohol.

Do not deal with this seller. Horrible. They sent me a glass bong that was delivered shatter because they sent it in a styrofoam container that was taped together with a plastic trash bag over that. The bottom of styrofoam busted and exposed the bong that was shattered. Additionally, there was nothing on the package that indicated it was fragile or glass--as the seller claimed it would be. Also, it's coming from Cali and not NJ. The actual glass bong looked decent. Seller issued me a refund.

The bong is great for the price. The seller is a bit shady. They have a US flag on the pic, they say made and shipped in US but "customer service" and seller are from China. It arrived 3 days after we ordered it in pieces. This is 16.5" long sitting in fitted foam but nothing over the body to keep it in place. They said they'd ship a new one "tonight" at 8:50 PM. They gave us a fake tracking# that wasn't used, told us to be patient, quit replying & finally shipped real one 2 weeks later!
