I will not be buying anything from timeexpert1. They're not experts on time. Likes to justify why the product doesn't work. I'm done and those of you thinking about purchasing something from them do your own research because this person states it "SHOULD" work in upper case letters and it DIDN'T work, and the person was quick to point out their return policy where I have to take action and pay for shipping. Not worth my time. I give them a zero-star rating.

The customer asked if this item would fit their clock before purchasing and we replied that it should but in some cases with Ridgeway clocks that it won't fit and in that case they could return it for a full refund, including shipping, but they didn't want to do that. We also told the customer we would pay for the return shipping but they don't want to do that either. We tried to help and we were up front before they purchased.
