This wonderful WWI Type 1 Press Photograph measures measures approx. 7-3/4\" X 5-7/8” (≈19 cm. X 14.75 cm.) It shows a lone soldier on guard duty standing in front of a guard hut or bower make from small branches and greenery. Whether it was supposed to be camouflage or not is unknown. Although there is no snow on the ground, the weather is obviously cold. It looks like he\'s dressed pretty warmly. Although we do not know the name of the photographer, the Press Photo carries the backstamp which says \"PASSED BY CENSOR.
