We take care with our packaging. We use bubblewrap, polystrene peanuts and shredded paper. For very fragile items, or upon your request, we will double box for further protection. We both work full time, but ideally try to ship parcels within 24 hours of your confirmed payment.

Upon checkout, we offer several postage options for your selection. For postage within Australia we offer Australia Post\'s standard parcel delivery or delivery with signature. We recommend the use of the latter so that you may track your parcel\'s location. Overseas delivery, also by Australia Post, is either air mail or sea/surface mail. Dependant upon your location, delivery via surface mail may take up to 4 weeks. Standard air mail does not have tracking or signature upon delivery.

For our listings where we offer \"Free standard postage\" to Australian customers, this service does not include tracking or signature upon delivery. For these options you will have to select either the \"Registered Post\" or \"Express Post\" options upon checkout.

Overseas purchasers have an option of \"Flat Rate\" postage on some of our listings. This flat rate is for standard air mail and does not include either tracking or signature upon delivery. For these options you will have to select \"Express Post\" that does have these features. We will not accept responsibility for lost items using the \"Flat Rate\" option. We retain postal receipts as proof of postage.

Terms of Sale We will happily refund your purchase price, less postage, if an item we have listed has been grossly misinterpreted or damage not noted in our sale description. Naturally, this does not include damage incurred during transit.
