This charming c1870s antique quilt is pieced a red and green basket of flowers pattern. This quilt is SIGNED/stamped by "Mrs NJ Norris" in two spots. The flowers are turkey red with the basket of flowers and stems in early green. The entire quilt is hand quilted and had appliqued. This quilt measures 80x80” and is lightweight. This quilt has had a life and shows wear, fading, and some age spots and minor staining throughout. Many of the red flowers are worn through and there is loss to the stitching throughout, as photographed. The condition is accurately represented in the photos and video.
