Up for sale is a wonderful antique cold painted cast iron and bronze figural writing inkwell stand.It features a stunning elk form that is painted by hand and opens on a hinge exposing the removable glass interior jar.It has a detailed wreath style base with riding crops mounted to the front which also doubles as a pen holder.The inkwell measures 6 1/4 inches tall by 5 1/4 inches wide.One of the horns was repaired where it meets the skull but hard to notice.
