Zippo lighter manufactured in April 1998
XIV stands for 1998 and D stands for April.
This is a semi-vintage Zippo lighter that was manufactured 26 years ago.I quit smoking seven years ago, but this is a lighter that I treasured and collected back then.I don\'t have the stones or oil anymore so I can\'t check if it will ignite, but back then it worked without any problems.
Zippo has a free lifetime warranty, so you can rest assured even in the worst case scenario.It\'s a material that, like silver, will turn black if left for a while.
Photo 1 is after polishing and photo 2 is before polishing.
Based on the above, it is likely silver plated, but we cannot guarantee the material.
