It is in good condition but has not been cleaned or polished.

This type of record tray is original equipment on the Wurlitzer models 700, 800, 750, 750-E, 780, 780-E, 850, 850-A, 950, 1015 and 1080.
It is seen on page 16 of the model 1100 Parts Catalog as part number35791 - the number cast into the tray is 35790.

It is also seen on page 31 of the model 700 and 800 Parts Catalog.
