I use to collect these back in the day because they are so darn cute and realistic. There is NO branding on this magnet, but my research on the internet makes me believe that this is a Woo & Locke (If you know differently please share your knowledge with me). This one has a partial Land O\' Lakes label visible on the top of the tin. While I have seen other Woo & Locke sardine tins, I have never seen one like this. A great addition to your collection.
About 2 1/4\"x 1 3/8\" (see photos)It is in nice vintage condition as I just stored it in a box. Now we are preparing to move to warmer and less taxed climes. No need to take everything with us. I will be listing other very neat magnets. I will combine shipping IF YOU CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU BUY.
