Figurine is in good pre-owned condition (see pictures).

Figurine does have some small random flaw marks (see pictures).

Horse feels like it\'s made with some type of resin and appears to be hand painted.

The pole is steel and the base is heavy resin with roses all the way around & green felt on the bottom.

Figurine measures approximately 17.5\" tall overall x 10\" wide and 7\" diameter at base.
