Product Condition
Items in our listings are guaranteed to be genuine. They are sourced directly from manufacturers, distributors, and reputable retailers in the US. Unless otherwise stated in the title or description, they are new, never opened, and in very-good condition.
Since most items we sell are mass-produced, slight variations and imperfections may occur from time to time. They may, in a minor way, affect figure positioning, paint, bases and stands, joints, sticker placement, and similar. As long as they do not prevent an item to be used for its intended purpose, these are not considered defects.
Product Packaging
All packaging, including highly decorative packaging, is designed to protect a product. Most of mass-produced items pass through many hands, and make many stops on their way from factories to consumers. This often causes small imperfections such as bumps, creases, nicks, etc. This is not considered damage by manufacturers, and carriers will not accept minor packaging flaws as evidence of damage if the product is still in good condition.
Standard (or Better) - Suitable for opening, display, and \"in-box\" collecting. Most items we sell are listed under this grade, even those that might be considered \"mint\". May have minor flaws, such as marks, creases, bumps, bends, nicks, and similar. Please note, \"near mint\" or \"mint\" condition for packaging is not guaranteed.
Shelfwear - Suitable for opening, display, and even \"in-box\" collecting. Has obvious signs of wear due to handling or storage. Small but noticeable flaws, such as scuffs, creases, nicks, and similar. Nice, but not \"mint\".
Substandard - Suitable for opening and play. Have obvious flaws and damage. Not ideal for \"in-box\" collecting or display.
Photos
For practical reasons, we use a combination of in-house, stock, and \"in-house\" stock photos in our listings. If there is more than one of listed items in stock, the purchased item may not be the exact one shown in the photos; however, each item is inspected before shipping to make sure it matches the described condition.If you desire to see more detailed photos of a specific or \"next-in-line\" item, especially for those listed above the \"suggested retail price\", please let us know.
