Not sure if this was ever displayed, but the box is missing 1/2 styrofoam, but both pieces (head and shoulders) were in original plastic bags, tag was on neck. Looks brand new but box does not. It may have been a store display model. I really don\'t know. I bought it as new and this is the first time I took it out of the box. Since one side of the styrofoam was missing, I used a lot of bubble wrap and put everything in a plastic bag and taped it shut so new owner can take it out and carefully cut the bag to release the contents. See last photo. I used plenty of protection (bubble wrap) to make sure it arrives to new owner in its wonderful condition as shown in the photos.
