3\" across, 1 5/8\" tall approx.; It\'s a coupon good for One Dollar of Premiums at West & Dyer, Blackwell, O.T. (Oklahoma Territory) - West and Dyer Dry Goods Company / One Price Cash House. They were in business in Blackwell from at least 1894 thru 1915; there\'s a dentist, Dr. West, that directed people to his office above the store until 1930. They also appeared to have a store in Burden, Kansas until at least 1922, and perhaps some other nearby places.
