Up for sale is another fabulous piece from my personal collection. This is a Wedgwood lilac jasper dipped #12 upright rope handled covered jug with a lid. I think the lid is original, complete with a lady finial, but I\'m not sure. The jug is marked XWJ, 12, Wedgwood, making it circa 1881. It measures about 8 3/4\" high and 4 1/4\" across the bottom. As for condition, I hope I look this good if I last 140+ years! There is some light peeling on the lid and some minor relief cracks. The color is a rich deep lilac.
