A masterpiece of Art In Glass painstakingly created by using a copper wheel to create this rare item.I purchased at Nieman-Marcus Dallas around 1975.
The Prodigal Son is based on a parabel of Jesus in the bible and appears in Luke 15:11-32.A father has two sons . The younger son asks from the wealthy father for his inheritance and it is granted.The son then squanders the fortune and becomes destitute. He begs his father to forgive him and to accepthim back as a servant. His father forgives him. {Wikipedia}
