At the bottom of the engraving are the words \"Washington at Home\", and in small print, \"Entered according to act of Congress A.D. 1867, by Currier & Ives, in the clerk\'s office of the District Court of the U.S. for the Southern district of N.Y.
Background: Washington and His Family.Engraving by Sartain from a painting by Edward Savage, published by William Smith of Philadelphia, The uncolored print shows George and Martha Washington, her two children, George Washington Parke Custis and Eleanor Parke Custis, and Washington\'s loyal man servant, William Lee.Measurement: 16 3/4 inches high x 24 inches wide.Condition: The overall condition is acceptable. The engraving is wrapped in plastic and mounted on cardboard. Please note that there is one line/crack about 3.5 inches above George Washington\'s head that is shown in the 2nd picture.
