This c. 1770\'s Revolutionary War - War of 1812 British Basket Hilt Sword has a 30.5\" curved single-edged Etched Blade depicting acid etched decorations, \"GR\" King George III Royal Cypher and made by \"REDDELL & BATE\", \"WARRENTED\". Large gilded brass basket-hilt (some old repairs). Original wood grip with remnants of leather wrap and twisted brass wire. No scabbard.
