If graded, I\'d say this book is a 3.5/4.0 or slightly better. Front cover has spine ticks, bindery tear near bottom staple, blunted corners, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), some tears/chips on actual spine, wear around edges, some chipping (edges + bottom right hand corner), creasing and folding (including area of multiple tears/rips on bottom edge (see pic)) + some color fade, denting, staining and light soiling. Back cover has discoloration, scuffing, staining, some denting, wear around edges, and some creasing and folding. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, discoloration/tanning, some light staining, scuffing, small folds on corners + general wear for its age/grade.More pictures available upon request!
