AS-IS, untested, needs TLC and cleaning. This was found in the basement of an old house. It was exposed to moisture for many years, and should be presumed to not work. There is staining and dirty spots all around. Dial does not turn all of the way around. No repairs have been attempted. Still good for parts or repair, or cleaned for a display piece.
