Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage flaking around the edges of the cover that has caused the spine to split all the way down and has been repaired writing on the back and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
