If your item was purchased with free shipping, and it will shipped in a stamped envelope with no tracking number. Not sure if you know that the USPS got rid of 1st Class shipping and replaced it the new G-Shipping format. Since then the quality of their service has significantly deteriorated with delivery taking 12 to 21 days (and they keep raising their prices too).
