Tested and functional. It is a small handheld siren so it is not super loud but definitely makes some noise. It is waffen eagle proofed. One bakelite part is cut off this is generally the case with all handheld ones for reasons unknown. The shroud is missing and some screws are missing but for the most part it is complete and working. any other defects should be visible from the pictures and should be reviewed and judged by the buyer before they purchase to avoid any returns or disputes.
