Here’s an interesting and nice example of an immediate post war Ike Jacket. This example is in very nice condition overall, with only 2 small moth holes, both visible in the photos. What makes this uniform interesting is the TRUST command insignia, for service in Trieste, Yugoslavia immediately post war. Berlin occupation fourragère as well. 82nd Airborne insignia, without the Airborne style tab, as regulation for a short time post WW2, but before the Korean War. Unfortunately this set is unnamed. Also complete with an overseas cap as well, which displays a matching DUI insignia of the 504th regiment.Sweatband is dry and displays damage. A great original set perfect for a display!
