Hard to find Original WW1 era Imperial German Bavarian Artillery NCO Pickelhaube Helmet w Box / Case. The pickelhaube helmet has its original spike, rosettes and scaled chinstraps. Condition is "USED". The helmet is well used, shows wear, signs of age and has flaws. The helmet has cracking and chipping to the Leather, is misshapen, and has tarnishing and wear to the Bavarian badge, scales and spike. There are other flaws as well, but these are the most noticeable. Like most pickelhaubes, the helmet is far from perfect and is fragile. The Pickelhaube box is present, but is fragile with nicks, and scratches, as well as tape along the edge of the flap where its original covering was lost.
