WW1 SOUVENIR PROGRAMME VICTORY CELEBRATIONS SIGNING OF PEACE SYDNEY 19 JULY 1919 #20A souvenir program for the victory celebrations in Sydney on 19 July, 1919. It contains a summary of the terms of the peace treaty (Treaty of Versailles) that was signed on 28 June 1919, as well as the various official and sporting events held in Sydney to mark this important date. Events included rowing regattas, motor boat races, sailing regattas and naval and military personnel events. Paper covers, sadly very age spotted and grubby, front and back, but intact. Internally good except for a crease to the last page. 62 pp, fold out map of the procession route, 24 x 15.5 cms. Contains black & white photos, mostly portraits of notables.
