This is an amusing, censored, color post card(in pretty good condition, with some minor stains and wear and tear around its edges), with uncommon usage to a WW1, British Air Mechanic, G.P. Cutres(?), then serving with the Royal Flying Corps(initially part of the British Army) in 1916! It was senton July 5, 1916, from British Field Post Office, "D.61(a good strike!)," in France, to Surrey Lane South, Battersea Park, London W.W.! The gray, 1-Centimes, French definitive(in pretty good condition, but with some gum residue/toning around some perfs) was not needed but put on for effect. The signature of the censor or C.O. of the sender can be seen in the bottom, left corner.
