This same patch can be found on page 27 of the book United States Army Shoulder Patches World War I to Korea by William Keller and Kurt Keller. There are no reproductions. It was taken off of a damaged uniform. The measurements are 4.25 x 3 inches, and the patch is cut-edge. The 1st Army patch is sewn with cotton thread. No fading and no holes. I sold another patch like this two years ago.Please review the pictures carefully, as they are also part of the description.I'm selling my collection, which I have been collecting for over 60 years.
