Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the spine is split from the bottom staple down as a result the cover is only loosely attached to both staple having torn free on the front side of them but still attached on the back side it has writing on the front a bit of brittleness to the cover with some foxing of the edges and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
