**LAST ONE**

White Star Line, RMS \"Olympic\" 14\" restored & repurposed five point \"White Star\" star, fashioned from salvaged sections of the original coving from the ceiling of the ships 1st class smoking room later re installed within the paint factory at Haltwhistle, with full provenance, c-1911. The coving is laid and installed on an original section of the smoking rooms plywood ceiling, original to the ship in 1911, also reused and installed at Haltwhistle. it still retains its Harland & Wolff black/gray paint, added at the shipyard to help stop creaking at sea and from the wood splitting. The top surface has been repainted white over the many original and Haltwhistle layers of paint, to bring it back to a uniform white that it once sported when the Smoking Room was first installed within the ship in 1911.

I have only had a few of these made by a very skilled local craftsman out of smaller pieces of coving I had, I wanted to do something with them that could be displayed, so the plaque is to the reverse with brass plates to secure it to the wall as you see fit.

**I had five of these made, I have only this example left, I am not sure I will get any more made as they use up a significant amount of original coving, so these might be the only ones created.**
