This book has NO cutouts, NO torn or missing pages and NO musty smell inside (unless otherwise noted in the description below). !* Wallace Stegner (a Senior in this book) won aPulitzer Prize for "Angle of Response"and the National Book Award for"The Spectator Bird". He was also anenvironmentalist and teacher. He appears with atleast three really nice photos for his posed Senior photo, as a member ofthe Latin Club and as a member of the yearbook staff (individual photo which appears to be the same as his posed Seniorphoto.) This copy is perhaps one of the finest you will ever see,especially with regards to the quality of the pages, the tightness ofthe binding etc.. The inside pages are in superb condition with mostof the autographs confined to the specific authograph pages in theback. There is no evidence of age whatsoever on these pages. The cover was a softer, flex-style cover andthe parts of the cover that lap over the block of pages has wornheavily, and there is wear to the top and bottom of the spine (againdue to what was the overlap, but is now worn away); however the coveris in overall very good shape and the binding is in excellent shapewith the book being as tight as the day it was issued.This is a scarce opportunity to buy the Senior yearbook for one of the great20th Century American Authors ("Big Rock Candy Mountain").
