This is a really nice example of small silk throw / sham pillow cover from the Simpson, New York Naval Training Station, which existed only for a short time during the WWII years. The cover is purple on the front and blue on the back - our first two pics were taken under bright lighting and give a good sense for the purple cover. Some of the other pics under normal lighting make the front look a bit more bluish. In person, it\'s definitely purple.
The cover will ship in a poly bag.
