Vintage treen turned wood vase urn ginger jar temple jar spice box vessel with lid.

It is signed inside bottom with what appears to be an incised stamp. It is a clear capital letter “P” and possibly another letter - it might be a “d” or an “S” - not sure. SEE PICS

Measures approximately 9-3/8 inches tall and 4-3/4 inches wide.

No chips or cracks or other damage EXCEPT: the finial on the lid has a couple of chips out of the bottom edge where it meets the top of the lid. SEE PICS

The lid sits on top of the jar base but does not fit tightly.

Nice and clean inside and out. Any white/gray on pics of interior is glare from lighting - not dirt or other residue.

There is a slight uneven spot in surface due to a naturally occurring knot in the wood. There is also a tiny pinhead sized mark above that below the neck. SEE PICS

Comes from a clean dry smoke free environment. No odor. The interior has a few rough spots where it does not appear to have been sanded smooth inside.
