Here are some problems:filler lever is loose and flaps aroundshake the pen and there\'s rattling insidethe nib is very worngoldtone band is missing color in some placesThe nib is marked Moore\'s Major Pen.I don\'t see any breaks to the plastic or teeth marks, but it does have several problems listed above, and it is worn.Winning buyer pays $4.70 shipping and handling for US sales.
