Overall plastic quality is good; smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of color/sheen and typography still sharp/clear; plastic snap closure handles remain in good working order. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The bag measures approx 16.5\" (to handle) x 14\".
