This is a beautiful creamer and sugar bowl set from Royal Winton. The pattern is called \"Royalty\" and was made in England. There are two bands of gold around the diameter of both the creamer and open sugar bowl. This set is in excellent pre-owned condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. Both pieces have crazing. Both pieces are done in the Ascot shape.

The creamer stands 2 3/8\" tall. It is 4 1/2\" wide from handle to spout. The sugar bowl stands 2 1.4\" tall and is 2 6/8\" wide. This older Royalty pattern started production in 1937.

Originally known as the Grimwade Brothers, Royal Winton was founded by Leonard Lunsden Grimwade in 1885. The company began producing chintz patterns in the 1920\'s. This Royal Winton Grimwades backstamp dates from 1943-1960

The Trinket Dish or ashtray is by a different English maker from around the same time period. I have included it because the pattern is so close and the pieces look so nice together!
