Vintage Christmas Ornament

Made in Taiwan Republic of China (gold paper label attached to bottom)

Two small green ornament balls attached and decorated with pompoms, gingham hat, paper face, pipe cleaner and a thin gold thread for hanging. I am not sure if this is suppose to be a clown or a snowman or something else entirely! But still very cute! It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall. Soil and wear and age show on ornament. I have not tried to clean or spruce up. I do not clean collectibles, but leave that to new owner/expert. Please note - some of the photos have some extraneous white cotton that was stuck to him that has been removed. Unusual little guy that is looking for a new home.
