This is a great pair of vintage unposted cards whose subject matter is the Stabler-Leadbeater apothecary shop in Arlington, VA. We suspect that both of these images date from roughly the mid-1900s. The RPPC is branded EKC on the back. That is a manufacturer name that is associated with RPPCs, but generally in the mid-1900s time-frame. The other card is unbranded. That card, the artist-rendered image, is not a linen material - it kind of feels like a heavy or thick paper. We surmise that both of these cards were made after the shop was closed and essentially turned into a museum. Really cool set of images with some interesting variations.
