Vintage Handcrafted Feng Shui 3D Art Framed Ceramic Foo Dog - Protection Art.
The frame is made of stained wood and it has typical scuffs but it still displays nicely.
The Foo Dog is definitely amazing! The \"plate\" underneath it is 4\" in diameter and it raises up approximately 1.75\". It has incredible detail and it is painted beautifully. The Dog, since ancient Chinese civilization, is the symbol for faith & loyalty and this piece is usually put up near doors or entryways for protection.
There are 4 \"creatures\"? in each of the corners. O do not know what these are but I\'m guessing that are the Foo Dog\'s minions or something.
The frame measures 9 7/8\" wide x 13.5\" tall x 1\" thick. I was hoping to find a signature or at least initials but unfortunately I found nothing.
