The \"laces\" are leather but only partially there. The piece that is there is about 6\" and seems brittle from age.
I couldn\'t find any history about the artist but I believe he is from local Western Wisconsin area.
The boot is about 6\" tall x 1.75\" wide.
Very good condition, just a little dusty from storage.
