This vintage Hallmark card from 1948 features Little Boy Blue from Mother Goose fairy tales. The card is part of the Land of Make Believe, he is doll number 8 of the series. He is double sided (front and back) and has a lovely description on the inside. The card is 6.5 inches tall and 4” wide. It was manufactured in the United States. It’s in nice condition, the art is beautifully detailed and the card is unsigned. It does have a crease through the entire card across the neck, and is also has a little shelf wear. There was originally a feather on the top of his head, this is missing and the paper has yellowed a bit with age. Please see photos, it’s a charming piece. This card is a great addition to any collection of vintage greeting cards.
