This Barlow tape measure is an advertisement for Stoker Bag Packers, made by H.L. Stoker Co. of Claremont, California. The case is 1-15/16\" long, 1-1/2\" tall, and 1/2\" thick. The tape itself is 94\" long. The Stoker Co. was in business in the 1930s to the 1950s, and maybe longer on both ends. Their machines are still available on the used equipment market.
