Gorgeous Vintage Lamp
Great restored condition!A lovely original antique / vintage lamp, freshly rewired, new socket installed, working great and ready for a lifetime to come.
The glass shade is a beautiful acid etched frosted glass antique original with no chips or cracks - just tiny "flea bites" or roughness along the edge.The lamp itself is brass and has a lovely gold painted finish, with just small age marks here and there - nothing noticeable.The Neoclassical details add a lot of personality and flair to the lamp - leaf swags, bows, gargoyle or animal heads, the Greek key design in the shade, the column pedestal, etc.The base is made of agate or marble and has a beautiful swirl to the white stone.One corner area has a couple tiny chips - not noticed unless "inspecting" (see closeup). ;)The underside has felt to protect your furniture.
Use a standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts or an LED bulb for any brightness you like.The 25 watt light bulb shown IS INCLUDED to get you started, however it is not a brand new bulb so we can't say how much life is left in it. :)Measurements:Total height - base to the top of the shade: 19 3/4"Shade size: 7 1/2" wide and approximately 4" tall with a 4" fitter edgeBase: 6" square
